Are you too busy that the idea of training 5-6 days a week is too overwhelming?
Have you ever tried to follow your friend or colleague’s workout plan only to find yourself trying to keep up…or worse, get mediocre results?
Would you like to start seeing better progress?
I’ve got your solution.
The issue that most programs have is they force you to train more often than you actually should.
Granted, it is a step in the right direction — and you can certainly get great results with that approach, but…
It doesn’t have to be the only way.
Believe me, I love to train just as much as the next person. Training has always been my outlet, but I also don’t want to uproot my entire life.
And, you don’t have to either.
Remember: training is suppose to improve the way you look AND your quality of life.
More isn’t always better. Focus on doing the right things.
I’ve spent the past few months observing and dissecting the best route to take, and I found it.
See what others have to say about my approach:
“He’s constantly putting out quality information, working hard helping lots of people and practicing what he preaches.”
I met Dre a few years back at a Shoulder / Hip Blueprint course taught by Tony Gentilcore and Dean Somerset. He’s constantly putting out quality information, working hard helping lots of people and practicing what he preaches. When I think of a great trainer I ask two questions, “Can they name the 17-muscles of the shoulder, and Would I let them train my Mother?” The answer to both of those is YES. DRE IS THE MAN!

“I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Assault to any of my athletes or clients.”
As a strength coach, I’ve seen every approach to obtaining fitness goals, some good, some not so good. Many programs are well thought out, and on paper, sound great. However, what I have experienced with myself along with fellow fitness professionals is these programs aren’t realistic for the general population. The average Americans doesn’t have the time to weight train 5x a week along with double-day cardio sessions. Yes, that routine could get you in better shape, but at what cost? Low energy, no free time, eventually burning out.
Dre has provided an effective program that is most definitely achievable. The Assault scheme insures that your body is challenged, but provides adequate rest so you are ready for the next workout. If done right, this is all you need! I also appreciate his emphasis on proper nutrition, which is often a missing piece with your typical program. All in all, I am proud of Dre for putting together such a solid program and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Assault to any of my athletes or clients.

“Assault is a fantastic, no-bullshit, simple, and highly effective training program for building a solid foundation of functional strength.”
Dre is a gem in the fitness industry. It’s rare in the world of health and fitness to find professionals who truly represent the best of what is out there. I’ve had the privilege of knowing him since our college days, and I’ve witnessed just how passionate and dedicated he is to his craft. His level of understanding of how the body functions, which methods are most effective, and how to tap into the psyche of his clients and athletes is up there with the best of them. Assault is a fantastic, no-bullshit, simple, and highly effective training program for building a solid foundation of functional strength. I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I know that Dre will be there to guide you every step of the way.

“I would recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their level of fitness.”
Assault goes over all of the basics and establishes core values that help any individual train for longevity and not just in the moment. I have personally sampled and enjoyed the program. I would recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their level of fitness.
