Here's @bdlg reppin' out 140lb reverse lunges. Strong! Most people are quick to dismiss the fact that the stuff that actually moves the needle aren't glamorous. It's not lost on me some of you lean more towards circuit and cardio based workouts, but beyond the modest results you might experience initially, the return isn't going to be a sizeable one long term. Don't get me wrong, you should always do some form of aerobic work to complement your training. However, to put them at the base of the pyramid is short-sighted. Know the difference between getting tired and getting better.
